We’ve been working on a website for @roots.bistro and can’t wait to share it. Check it out if you haven’t - truly a labour of love and the UAE’s first sustainable restaurant. What does “sustainable” mean? It’s not a simple thing and they have considered everything from the flooring, to waste management, the support of local farms and the handmade tables by their cofounder!
